1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VolleyTag, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VolleyTag provides volleyball match analysis tools including video tagging, player statistics tracking, and court heatmap visualisations. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Free Plan Limitations

The Free plan is limited to 1 team and 12 players. Certain features including CSV export, heatmaps, and full efficiency stats are only available on paid plans.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the volleyball data you enter into VolleyTag. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your match data, player information, or analysis.

6a. Aggregated Data

You grant VolleyTag a licence to use your data in anonymised, aggregated form (i.e. data from which no individual can be identified) for the purposes of product improvement, research, and commercial partnerships with sports analytics organisations. No personally identifiable information — including player names, contact details, or account information — will ever be included in any such aggregated dataset or shared with third parties in identifiable form.

7. Limitation of Liability

VolleyTag is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Age Requirements

VolleyTag is intended for users aged 18 and over. Users between 13 and 17 may use the service only with verified parental or guardian consent. VolleyTag is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. Player Data Responsibility

If you use VolleyTag to record data about other individuals (such as players on a team you coach), you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from those individuals — or, where those individuals are under 18, from their parent or legal guardian — to collect and store their data in VolleyTag. You are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws regarding any personal data you enter about third parties.
