- What happens when I hit 25 matches on the free plan?
- You can still view stats and share links for all your existing matches. To tag new matches, you'll need to upgrade to Pro or Club.
- Is billing monthly or annual?
- Annual only. You pay once a year — no monthly billing surprises. Pro is AUD $59/yr and Club is AUD $149/yr.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing period.
- What is volleyball hitting efficiency?
- Hitting efficiency is an NCAA-standard statistic: (Kills − Errors) ÷ Total Attempts. Positive means more kills than errors. Elite players typically achieve +0.300 or above.
- Do I need to film my own matches?
- No. Paste any YouTube link — including footage someone else filmed — or load a local video file. VolleyTag remembers the link per match.
- Does the whole team need an account?
- Only the person doing the tagging needs an account. Stats are shareable via a public link — no login required for viewers.
